Product Information & Custom Orders
The products displayed on our website are intended for reference and demonstration purposes. As a custom leather manufacturer, we primarily produce goods based on client-specific requirements, including designs, technical specifications, samples, or references provided by the buyer.
While we strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and details are accurate, minor variations may occur due to differences in materials, lighting, craftsmanship, and production techniques. Leather, being a natural material, may also exhibit slight variations in texture, grain, or color, which are not considered defects but part of its natural characteristics.
Once product specifications, materials, and samples are approved by the client, any further modifications during or after production may not be feasible or may result in additional costs and delays. Clients are advised to review and confirm all details carefully before approving production.
Pricing & Quotations
All pricing and quotations provided by Renesa Export are based on detailed evaluation of product specifications, materials, customization requirements, order quantities, and prevailing market conditions. Quotations are valid for a specified period and may be subject to revision in case of fluctuations in raw material costs, labor charges, or external economic factors.
Final pricing will be confirmed only after mutual agreement and before order confirmation. Unless otherwise specified in writing, prices do not include shipping costs, insurance, import duties, taxes, or any additional charges imposed by the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
We maintain transparency in pricing and ensure that all cost components are clearly communicated to the client before proceeding with production.
Orders & Payment Terms
Orders are considered confirmed only after both parties have agreed upon product specifications, pricing, timelines, and payment terms. In most cases, an advance payment is required to initiate production, with the remaining balance to be cleared prior to shipment.
Payment terms may vary depending on the nature of the order, client relationship, and mutual agreement. Failure to complete payments within the agreed timeline may result in delays, suspension of production, or cancellation of the order.
All financial transactions must be conducted through approved and secure payment channels as communicated by Renesa Export. We reserve the right to withhold shipment or production in case of non-compliance with payment terms.
Production & Lead Time
Production timelines are determined based on several factors including order quantity, product complexity, customization requirements, and availability of materials. Estimated lead times are provided at the time of order confirmation; however, these timelines are indicative and may vary.
Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as supply chain disruptions, material shortages, labor constraints, or logistical challenges. While we strive to meet agreed deadlines, we do not guarantee exact delivery timelines in all situations.
We maintain clear communication with clients throughout the production process to ensure transparency and timely updates regarding order status.
Quality Assurance
Renesa Export follows a structured quality control system designed to ensure that all products meet the agreed specifications and international standards. Quality checks are conducted at multiple stages of production, including material inspection, cutting, stitching, assembly, and final finishing.
Despite strict quality control measures, minor variations may occur due to the handcrafted nature of leather goods and the natural properties of leather materials. These variations do not impact functionality or durability and are considered acceptable within industry standards.

Shipping & Delivery
We coordinate shipping through reliable logistics partners to ensure safe and efficient delivery of goods. Delivery timelines vary depending on the destination, shipping method, customs procedures, and external factors such as transit conditions.
The buyer is responsible for handling import duties, taxes, customs clearance, and any local regulatory requirements in their country. Unless otherwise agreed, the risk associated with the goods transfers to the buyer once the shipment is handed over to the logistics provider.
We ensure proper packaging and documentation to facilitate smooth international shipping and minimize transit risks.
Returns, Claims & Disputes
Due to the customized nature of OEM and ODM manufacturing, returns are generally not accepted once the order has been produced as per approved specifications. Clients are expected to thoroughly review and approve samples before bulk production.
In the event of any quality concerns or discrepancies, the client must notify us within a reasonable period after receiving the shipment. All claims will be evaluated based on agreed specifications, approved samples, and production standards.
We are committed to resolving genuine issues through fair discussion, mutual understanding, and practical solutions that maintain long-term business relationships.
Intellectual Property Rights
All designs, trademarks, logos, and branding materials provided by the client remain the intellectual property of the client. Renesa Export respects ownership rights and does not use, reproduce, or share such materials without prior authorization.
Any designs, samples, or concepts developed independently by Renesa Export remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Both parties agree to respect and protect each other’s intellectual property rights.
Confidentiality
Renesa Export maintains strict confidentiality regarding all client-related information, including product designs, business data, pricing, and communications. We do not disclose or share confidential information with third parties without prior consent, except where necessary for operational or legal purposes.
Our commitment to confidentiality is an integral part of our long-term partnership approach with global clients.
Limitation of Liability
Renesa Export shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of business, delay-related losses, or issues caused by factors beyond our control.
Our total liability, under any circumstances, shall be limited to the value of the specific order placed by the client.
Force Majeure
We shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in fulfilling our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control. These events may include natural disasters, pandemics, government regulations, labor strikes, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
In such situations, we will communicate promptly with clients and take reasonable steps to resume operations as soon as possible.
Governing Law, Jurisdiction & Policy Updates
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in West Bengal, India.
Renesa Export reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time to reflect changes in business practices, legal requirements, or operational processes. Any updates will be published on this page along with the revised effective date.
